**Delivery Policy**
1. **Preparation and Delivery Time:**
- Our delivery window is from 24 to 48 hours, the time we need to prepare your merchandise in the warehouse before delivering it to your address.
- The delivery schedule is from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
2. **Delivery Responsibility:**
- Colchonia's delivery responsibility extends to the doorstep of the residence. We offer curbside delivery at no additional cost. Any damage occurring after this point is the customer's responsibility, as we cannot modify or alter accesses within a house.
3. **In-Store Pickup:**
- You can pick up your mattress in-store for quicker delivery. This can be scheduled at any of our stores.
4. **Additional Services:**
- Colchonia does not offer crane, scaffolding, or external elevator services to install mattresses inside your home or through a window.
