Refund policy

At Colchonia, we care about your health and well-being. For hygiene and sanitation reasons, rest items such as mattresses, pillows, sheets, bedspreads, and protectors cannot be exchanged or returned once their packaging cover has been opened.

Exchanges are accepted for mattresses only when the size of the mattress does not match the base or the space where it will be placed, and its packaging has not been removed.

Exchanges are made for any other product sold by our company for the equivalent amount of the purchase. No cash refunds are provided.

How and where do I validate the Warranty?

When you need to file a Warranty claim for Manufacturing Defect, you should go to or contact the Colchonia store where you purchased your mattress with the Warranty document and your purchase receipt.

Colchonia will request you to take photos and send them to us to evaluate the product and initiate the warranty claim process.

Colchonia will contact the customer to provide a final response to their warranty claim and give them a tentative date for when they will receive the replacement mattress.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty loses its validity when the product has been used in conditions for which it was not designed, for example, for sitting for extended periods as a habitual form.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by neglect, such as stains on the mattress surface or other accidental damages to the product.

The warranty is not valid if the mattress is dirty, stained, damaged, or burnt. It is recommended that when purchasing a mattress, you protect your investment with a waterproof mattress cover to prevent any liquid and dust leakage, thus not voiding your warranty.
